Welfare as
architecture.

Atommal builds tools for people who work with living things -- keepers, breeders, conservationists, growers. Domain expertise as architecture. Every feature comes from a real problem someone is solving in real practice. No login required. No internet required. Your data stays yours.

About

This is not a software company that looked up animal care on Google or hired a consultant. This is a propagation and husbandry expert who learned to build software.

Atommal was founded by Adam Freedman -- thirty-plus years caring for living things, built on personal time between filling water bowls and mucking exhibits. The tools didn't exist. Every feature in every Atommal product traces back to a real problem in real practice. The credibility is real. No competitor can replicate the origin.

Murphy is live and free at hey-murphy.com -- real keepers, breeders, and conservation programs use it daily.

Visitor-facing voice guide powered by Murphy's data layer. The keeper observation from this morning. The animal's story. Told by Dr. Emma -- warm, precise, scientifically confident. Place → voice → incompleteness → mark.

Conversation-first onboarding for the Murphy platform. Figures out your operation before you finish explaining it. Assembles the right modules. Configures the navigation. You never see the setup. You just see a platform that fits.

How we build
Offline first
Every keeper or institution that cannot deploy cloud SaaS -- because of IT policy, data policy, connectivity, or preference -- is a Murphy user by default. Built for airplane mode.
Data sovereignty
Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it. No account linking. No cloud dependency for core features. Your collection. Your records.
Keeper first
Six AM. Wet hands. Two hundred animals. Every design decision starts here. If it doesn't work with wet hands it doesn't ship.
Earned authority
Thirty years of animal care embedded in the architecture. The husbandry and welfare knowledge is real. The welfare frameworks are real. The keeper-grade credibility cannot be replicated.
More from Atommal

Atommal is more than software. A second product line is in development -- sculpture-grade vessels designed by artists, engineered for epiphytes and aroids, 3D printed, designed with AI tools.
